FOCUS REWIRE ADHD TOOLKIT

THE AUTHOR

Tools not rules, for the beautifully eclectic ADHD mind

Rachel Rosa is an artist, writer, teacher, and lifelong overthinker. Her work has taken place in classrooms, ceramics studios, digital spaces, and emotional storms.

She has navigated academia in her unique way, earning a first-class honours degree in education from Goldsmiths and a master’s in psychology from Brunel, London. All the while, juggling multiple roles, creating businesses, and still misplacing her phone and keys at least three times a day.

As a middle child, Rachel grew up between two extremes; learning early how to observe, mediate and be invisible when needed. Rachel was quiet in her early years, a listener and observer, closely watching behaviours of those around her. This upbringing made her hyperaware, hypercreative, and deeply attuned to everything that goes unsaid.

Her childhood was unconventional, shaped by instinct and vigilance. She has always had too many ideas, too many tabs open, and has been called a polymath, creative, and impulsive- often in the same sentence.

Focus Rewire was born from lived experience, from the messy middle. From the real desire for clarity and direction whilst still being tugged in different directions by a lively and chaotic brain.
